1. General InformationBy commissioning me, you agree to these terms.These terms may be updated without prior notice, but changes will not apply retroactively to ongoing commissions.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

2. PaymentHalf of the payment will be paid before the sketch and the other half is after the finished product. (Unless the commission was made via ko-fi)PAYMENT VIA: PAYPAL, Payoneer, and gcash (for local clients in the philippines)Prices are in USD*Additional charges may apply for complex designs or tight deadlines.

2.1 Payoneer process (for further information.)the easiest way for commissioners to sign up is to give me the following information:a. First Name

d. Countryin the VIDEO LINKED IN THE HIGHLIGHTED TEXT, YOU'LL SEE HOW THE PAYMENT PROCESS WILL LOOK LIKE ON YOUR END AFTER PROVIDING ME THE INFORMATION I'M ASKING.

3. Process and CommunicationI will provide regular updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, coloring).
Clients are allowed 3 revisions during sketching and line-art stage.Major changes will come with additional fees.Communication will take place via discord.

4. Usage and CopyrightI, as the artist, retain full copyright to the artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise.Personal Use: Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes but cannot claim it as their own.Commercial Use: YOU MAY MESSAGE ME TO DISCUSS DETAILS IN REGARDS OF PRICE AND HOW YOU'LL BE USING THE ARTWORK.I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio and on social media. If you want your commission to remain private, let me know in advance.

5. Deadlines and Turnaround TimeThe estimated turnaround time will be 3 days to 6 weeks during the commissioning process and depends on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload.Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies) will be communicated promptly.

7. Prohibited Use
Clients are not permitted to:Use the artwork for NFTs or AI training purposes.Resell the artwork without prior agreement.Alter the artwork without credit or permission.
